2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use taka23, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register accounts on taka23.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of taka23, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended taka23 account.

taka23 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to taka23's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each eligible person may register exactly one taka23 account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. taka23 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taka23 immediately at [email protected]. taka23 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one taka23 account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via related persons at the same household — is strictly prohibited. taka23 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and any bonuses or winnings generated across the accounts will be voided.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your taka23 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taka23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). taka23 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at taka23's discretion. taka23 may impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at the account level. Where limits apply to a specific account, the affected player will be notified.

4.3 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your taka23 account balance as soon as the incoming transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. taka23 does not charge fees on deposits. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your taka23 account, is prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to any applicable account verification requirements. taka23 targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment network. taka23 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing period.

4.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit or withdrawal identified as fraudulent, charged back, or reversed by the payment network will result in immediate account suspension. taka23 reserves the right to recover any amounts that have been withdrawn against a subsequently reversed deposit, including by deducting the amount from any future balance held in any account associated with the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

taka23 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer ("Promotion-Specific Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the Promotion-Specific Terms. taka23 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, or engaged in prohibited betting patterns such as low-risk hedging or staking designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire on the date stated in the Promotion-Specific Terms. Once expired, bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit an offer, or using software to generate artificial play — constitutes bonus abuse. taka23 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings and close the accounts of players found to have engaged in such conduct.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on taka23 may change at any time without prior notice. taka23 may remove, suspend, or modify any game or market at its discretion, including for technical maintenance, commercial reasons, or compliance purposes. taka23 accepts no liability for any inability to access a specific game or market at any given time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing. taka23 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

6.3 Certified RNG & Live Games

All slot and table games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically independent and unmanipulated. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment. taka23 does not alter game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during gameplay or while a bet is in progress, taka23 will make every reasonable effort to settle the bet in accordance with the game rules and the last confirmed game state recorded on the server. Where a definitive server-side record cannot be established, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. taka23's decision in such matters is final.

6.5 Palpable Errors

taka23 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or payouts that were offered as a result of a manifest technical error or human error ("Palpable Error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. taka23 will not honour winnings generated from a Palpable Error regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

6.6 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

Cricket betting markets at taka23 cover the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and other scheduled fixtures. Settlement of cricket and other sports betting markets is governed by the individual market rules displayed within the sportsbook. taka23 uses data from official scorekeepers and governing bodies (ICC, BCB, BCCI) for settlement purposes. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event concluding.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the taka23 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of taka23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, republish, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of taka23. Unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, taka23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if taka23 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

taka23's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taka23 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and all implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. taka23 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments & Termination

taka23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Platform, or your access to it, at any time for any reason including legal, regulatory, technical, or commercial reasons. In the event of planned Platform discontinuation, taka23 will provide reasonable advance notice and will process outstanding withdrawable balances to players' registered payment methods.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The version in force at the date of any dispute is the version that applies. Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
